Skyline School District

Mrs. Foster is a graduate of Washington High School in Washington, Kansas. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State University in 1997. After graduation, she moved to Missouri and began her teaching career. In 2001, she earned her Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Southwest Baptist University. She began teaching at Skyline as a Middle School Special Education Teacher in 2012 and has served as the Special Education Director for the District since 2014.
